Congratulations on your journey to parenthood! As you prepare to welcome your bundle of joy into the world, it's essential to ensure that you have the support and care you need during those precious early days and nights. That's where I come in as your dedicated overnight doula. Parenthood can be overwhelming, especially in those early sleep-deprived days. By entrusting me as your overnight doula, you can rest assured knowing that your baby is in capable and caring hands, allowing you to recharge, rejuvenate, and enjoy those precious moments of rest without worry.

Hey there! As your Overnight Doula, think of me as your nighttime support superhero. When I swing by your place in the evening, here's what's on my agenda:

  • First things first the gossip! We’ll chat a little bit about how your day went. This serves as a way for you to decompress and also for you to give me any updates I may need to know.

  • At this point you’re all set! You can head right to Sleep

  • while you sleep I’ll take care of all the babies names it comes to burping diaper changing getting them back to sleep all of it.

  • when your baby is ready to feed I’ll either bring them to you to nurse or Bottlefeed them. Which ever met that you choose.

  • After the baby is full and well taken care of I’ll take care of getting the baby back to sleep.

  • Plus, I'll work on some tricks to help your baby get into a better sleep routine naturally.

  • in the morning you may want to take advantage of the last hour by taking some time to take a nice shower have some breakfast drink some coffee or however else you’d like to transition back into baby duty

Will you be able to do chores while you’re here: I like to practice what I preach and in order for me to take care of my body by doing this work I must rest for the baby rest if you’d like to some help with chores and household activities please take a look at our in-home Postpartum support
